Mozsharing Lda, the holding company, will be further developing the 0.8 hectare stretch adjacent to the coastline, shaded in green on the map below, adding seven two-bedroom self-catering bungalows, to the existing walkway and staircase that gives access to the beach. Considering that this stretch is an Environment Protected Area (EPA), all constructions will have a wooden structure on stills, and environment friendly materials will be used on the floor, cladding, ceiling, roof, etc.

The erfs of each bungalow have an approximate area of 15 x 15 m and, considering the vegetation, they do not have regular geometric shapes. All Bungalows will have sea views. Please find bellow a detailed map of the EPA, as well as drawings of the bungalows structure and layout.

Terms and Conditions The resort will operate as a condominium of sectional titles, each corresponding to an erf and associated villa, that will be solely owned by the buyer and registered in his name at the national title deeds registry. The sales contract associated with each sectional title will have articles guaranteeing vehicle access to the erf and pedestrian access to the beach, as well as security, water, electricity and sewage services. The condominium will be administered by the home owners association which will define the operational rules and regulations, as well as the levy scope of services and fee.
