Mozsharing Lda, the holding company, has an approved project to build twenty Villas (reinforced concrete structure, masonry walls), on the 2.7 hectares area shaded in yellow.
The erfs of each Villa have an approximate area of 30 x 30 m and, considering the vegetation, they do not have regular geometric shapes.
Villas on the erfs A to F (please refer to the map above) will have a standard 2-storey architecture with 170m2 of area under-roof, excluding external decks.
The reinforced concrete structures of these Villas have already been built, still allowing the future owners to decide on the partitioning of each floor.

The architecture of the Villas on erfs G to H (please refer to the map above) will be decided by the future owners, taking in consideration the resort architectural norms, and the geometry and vegetation of the erf.

Terms and Conditions
The resort will operate as a condominium of sectional titles, each corresponding to an erf and associated villa, that will be solely owned by the buyer and registered in his name at the national title deeds registry.
The sales contract associated with each sectional title will have articles guaranteeing vehicle access to the erf and pedestrian access to the beach, as well as, water, electricity and sewage services.
The condominium will be administered by the home owners association which will define the operational rules and regulations, as well as the levy scope of services and fee.
Some services will be compulsory e.g. security, water, electricity and sewage, others like gardening, laundry, wifi, etc. will be optional.
